The Central Jersey Transplant Lifeline Support Group was formed in 2000. Eileen and Rich, both organ recipients, felt there was a need for a Support Group in the Central New Jersey Area. They volunteered their time to speak at Schools, Health Fairs, Races, and other functions to spread the word about the importance of Organ Donation.

Originally,the Support Meetings were held at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. They were then held at the Little Silver Fire House. Currently, we are back at Riverview Medical Center, on the first floor. There are elevators conveniently located in the hospital to assist you in attending our meetings.

The group's premise is to offer support to each other, and to continue to promote Organ Donation.There are currently over 30 members in the Support Group. Many of these members have received organ transplants, or are awaiting a transplant. Family members are also invited to attend our meetings. Eileen's Mom, Ginny, is heavily involved in Organ Donor Card Promotion.
